• Fill out questionnaire under the Reserve Your Date page on our website.
• We will confirm your date and all additional details (all communications are through email).
• We will send invoice through email where you can then submit payment for your rental.

In order to have your date booked, a $75 non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance for your rental is due 2 days before your scheduled event.

All packages require an additional $50 Damage Charge. 

Upon arriving for pick up of play set, if any items are missing, damaged, or broken, your $50 damage charge is non-refundable. However, this charge is refundable within 48 hours after proper inspection. 

The cleaning charge is an additional $25. All equipment will be cleaned and sanitized. 

PLEASE NOTE: If anything is out of the gated area, the ball pit has been taken apart, popped glitter balloons, rained on equipment, or equipment is wert, or if any cake, drinks, or facepaint is on any equipment, or any of the equipment is found to be damaged (heel holes in the mats, etc.) the $50 Damage Charge is non-refundable. 

There should not be any pushing, shoving, or rough play on equipment that could result in injury.

Always Bouncing & Decor is not responsible for any injuries (slips, falls) that may occur during the event. Children must be supervised at all times. This is the responsibility of the Renter and other adults that will be present. 

We serve the entire Central Orlando Area. 15 miles within zip code 32822 no added fee. Above 15 miles price will vary. 

We do offer setup outdoors or at a park. If the weather is unsuitable or too hot, we will require shade in order to complete setup. The surface must be flat, dry, clean, and safe. We do not setup on dirt, sand, tan barks, extremely dirty or uneven surface. Grass is acceptable as long as it is clear of animal/bird poop.

We accept credit/debit card payments only. No cash payments are accepted.

• No shoes, heels, food, wet clothes, or drinks allowed inside the play area.
• No sharp objects (keys, badges, etc.)
• No face paint.
• No overcrowding.
• No heels are permitted in the soft play area as they make holes in our mats.
• No glitter clear balloons

Adult supervision required at all times on all rentals.

• Soft play area is designed for ages 0-5 years old. 
• Adults are not permitted inside of the play areas with children, as these play areas are designed for ages 0-5.

We do not set up our equipment in the rain or windy conditions.

In the event that rain is forecasted for the day of your event, we ask that you plan a secondary space indoors. Please let us know of your backup plan or changes in reservation ahead of time. Once we arrive to the venue and begin setup, a refund will NOT be issued.

Your safety comes first. If the weather is too hot (90 degrees and up), please ensure a shade or tent is provided to protect the play equipment from too much heat and reduce risk of overheating in children. 

If no backup plans are made for unsuitable weather conditions, please let us know before the day of the event. The non-refundable security deposit can be credited for another day/event and is transferable to another person as well.

We have adjusted our pricing to accommodate all day rentals (9:00am-7:00pm) to make things easy and more enjoyable for our customers.  

Please let us know if time extension is needed past our business hours. An additional fee may be in incurred for late pickup times, or for specific accommodations for your event. 

We offer deluxe balloon services at 30% OFF total of reservation with the rental of a bounce house or soft play areas.

If you are wanting to use your own balloons, you may do so, but personnel from Always Bouncing & Decor are the only ones that may attach your garland to the bounce castle. Fee $35.00
